I wanted to drop you all a line to say how excellent the service was, and how efficient, tidy, and precise the installation work was. In addition, the technician was extremely patient when answering questions, walking me through the process step by step. The technician even provided me with information on Wi-Fi boosters should I find I need them for better coverage. All in all, exemplary service from a real professional. His work was of the highest quality, and he was so helpful. Which, I have to say, is absolutely my experience with everyone I have ever interacted with at SHELD.

Now that I’m coming up on one year with Fiberspring, I wanted to tell you all how much I love it. I was pleased to break up with my old provider and put my money towards a local company, and the service has been extremely reliable, even when I was working from home every day. I used to have to reboot my router once a week; I only had to restart my Fiberspring gateway once in the past year. And the fast connection is so appreciated.
